What happens to a guest's selfie?+

Can I keep an event gallery private?+
Yes. Lenspire supports event-level guest access controls, including a dedicated guest PIN and shareable QR access.
Which photo formats can I upload?+
Lenspire accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP photographs. Each file can be up to 60 MB unless your deployment has configured a different limit.
Do photo credits expire?+
No. Purchased photo credits do not expire and can be used across unlimited events.
Can guests add their own photos?+
Yes. Studios can choose to enable guest uploads so attendees can contribute their own photographs to the event gallery.
What does the studio workspace manage?+
Your studio workspace is where you create events, upload photographs, manage galleries, control guest access, and prepare the delivery flow.
