Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan before its next renewal date. Your studio keeps access until the end of the paid billing period unless the plan is terminated for misuse or a legal requirement.
Refund requests
Contact us within 7 calendar days of a charge at [email protected], including the account email and payment reference. Duplicate or erroneous charges are reviewed for a full refund.
Used digital capacity
Because plans provide digital access and processing capacity, charges are normally not refundable after substantial plan use, including material upload, processing, or paid-capacity consumption. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider; we will confirm the decision and next steps by email.
