Information we process

We process studio account details, event information, photographs, guest-uploaded content, and technical information needed to operate the service. If a guest chooses selfie-based photo discovery, we process the selfie and face-matching data for that event search.

Why we use it

We use information to provide private galleries, process and organise photographs, deliver search results, keep accounts secure, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that help run Lenspire, with the studio that manages the related event, or when required by law.

Studio responsibilities

Studios control their own event galleries and must provide any guest notices and obtain any permissions required for their photographs, uploads, and use of AI face matching.
